Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion (EMHC) make weekly Communion visits to the homes of those facing illness or mobility limitations.  These volunteers bring Communion after Saturday evening or Sunday Masses.  If you or a loved one are in a time of infirmity and would like to receive Holy Communion, email our Homebound Communion Coordinator, This email address is being protected from spambots.
