The Student Council at St. Margaret Mary School consists of elected student leaders who take charge of organizing activities for the entire school, with a focus on service.
These middle school students play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of service within the school community. Service is one of the core values at St. Margaret Mary School, alongside faith, scholarship, and conscience. By actively engaging in service-oriented activities, students develop a deep sense of empathy, reflecting the teachings of Christ and demonstrating care for others in our community. This leadership opportunity is available to 7th and 8th grade students, who coordinate events like the annual Pumpkin Contest and Food Drive. They also lead all-school weekly Advent prayer services and actively participate in various other school events.
