St. Margaret Mary School's athletics are organized with the collaboration of the SMM parish for school and parish families.

Soccer, Volleyball, Track and Field, Cross Country, and Basketball teams compete with other schools through the PAL (Parochial Athletic League).
Micro soccer, an SMM intramural sport, is available for Pre-K, 3-5-year-old children.
Inter-scholastic soccer is open to children in K-8th grades through the CYSL (Catholic Youth Soccer League).
- Volleyball is available to girls in 3rd-8th grades.
- Basketball is open to boys and girls in 3rd-8th grades.
- The track team is open to 6th- 8th-grade boys and girls.
- The cross country team is open to 6th - 8th grade girls and boys.
